Theism is not a religion. Atheism by definition cannot be a religion. So, saying that atheism is a religion is like saying theism is a religion. You're making a very fundamental error. We have theistic religions. Now the question is IF we can have atheistic religions. You see?

Atheists don’t need to disprove God’s existence to theists. Many versions of theistic claims are unfalsifiable, which makes the attempt pointless. The burden of proof should remain on the theist, where it belongs.
