Can anyone help, moved into a rented aprtment, electric meter not found on the national database, so can't set up my utility bills. Now i have no gas, again not knowing where the meter is. Letting agent and building management have not been helpful at all.

The man comforting the young boy in this video is Rabbi Daniel Walker. Reports have said that Rabbi Walker was the man who held the front door of the Synagogue shut before the attacker could get inside the building, potentially saving many lives.
