@TheRangeUK I bought a dog harness in store but it was too small for my dog. Took it straight back but was told I couldn’t exchange it as it’s company policy not to exchange or refund dog harnesses for hygiene reasons 🤔 is this correct? It touched the dog for all of 5 seconds..
