@British_Airways checked my bag 3 hours before BA951 yesterday from MUC-LHR. Yet it was not put on the flight. Reported missing 27 hours ago. Has an AirTag. Its location remains unmoved, still in Terminal 1, MUC. I am now home, in Los Angeles. Why are you unable to sort this out?

@British_Airways Yes. And zero update to status 27 hours later. I could have flown back to MUC, spoken to a human to get it resolved, and flown with it back to LAX in these 27 hours. That it has literally not moved and there’s been no update online is very concerning.
