$ONDS for some weird reason, a poster repeatedly (and again recently) slams ONDS for supposedly doing a horrendous capital raise in January. And by extension he implies that we SHs have been duped. With the stock up 36% ytd and close to 20x since lows last April, I say please dupe me some more…. I am laughing all the way to the bank while he lashes out 😂 What he fails to appreciate is that the $1 B capital raise provided the fuel for the massively accretive spate of acquisitions. Without the $1.5 B fortress balance sheet ONDS wouldn’t have been able to buy World View, for example. And world view could ultimately be worth $5-10 B under ONDS umbrella. Whats so horrendous about that? Or Omnisys. Or sentrys Or mistral. Or Rotron. Or Roboteam. Etc. or the several extremely accretive deals teed up and ready to go post the share authorization increase ONDS is uniquely creating a leading, fully autonomous stack of assets. That are fully integrated and instantly communicate with one another. Removing humans from much of the decision making process. And the timing couldn’t be better with the DOW, for example, proposing an over 200x increase spending on drones 27 vs 26 Palantir is fully on board. Kinda relevant, eh? The capital raise was not done in a vacuum. There was a method to the madness. Or brilliance in my book. Harping on the capital raise while ignoring the transformative deals is an embarrassing lack of due diligence. And very petty to keep barking at the moon And those $28 warrants are ultimately worthless if the shares don’t surpass $28. Duh. And will bring in a massive chunk of change when exercised Keep doing what you’re doing, Eric. I couldn’t be happier
