The last time I took a case to police they requested 14k to open the case & 7k for case file, guess what, I received the shock of my life when a police man was attached to me to go on the arrest, the police man ran away from the scene & left me there, I was shocked, I find my way out of the area, I came to the station angrily to collect all my money,the detained me, someone came & bail me.

Was it black Africans that did this to them?

Please I stand to be corrected. Why does Engr. Dave Umahi finds it difficult to speak Igbo Language in public? From his time as a Governor till today as a minister, Engr. Dave Umahi barely speaks Igbo language in the public even when he attends functions in the East that only Igbos attended. Does it mean he doesn't know how to speak or is he irritated to do that? All the Politicians in the East speak Igbo Language in public functions except Engr. Umahi. If I am wrong please correct me with a video of him in a public function speaking the Igbo language.
