Don’t just make content. Make a business. If you’re entirely dependent on platform revenue, you don’t have a business. You have a harder, more time-intensive, lower paying job.

One of the greatest opportunities as a homeschooling parent is being able to learn WITH your children. Whether it’s re-learning basic academics, a different language, or something entirely new to both of you. It’s a chance to widen your curiosity along with theirs.

@theJayAlto In my experience, what I thought was a void was actually a something. It’s not emptiness, it’s heaviness. So of course, adding money on top of your heaviness just masks it further.

@limitlessmindon I always felt like a bad friend because I’ve been introspective and growth-oriented since my teen years. As a result, I’ve been less communicative. I want to be able to fully enjoy visiting a friend, or even just chatting on the phone without the heaviness of life in the way.

Adult friendship requires grace. People are busy. People are healing. People are growing. People are taking time for self-care just like you. Don't mistake less communication for less love. Check in, not out.

@MrPitbull07 It’s so crazy to me that kids are aware of “brain rot” and are even proud of it. My nephew was spamming YT shorts and told me he’s brain rotted. I just shook my head because how do you even respond to that?

@vividvoid If you care about the problem that much, maximize your influence. Even then, you’re never going to get everyone on your side. Some people just have fundamentally different values.

@SahilBloom Right and most people are not as harsh as you expect in your mind. You’ll get one every now and then, but it’s not a reflection of you. They could just be having a bad day. Just reach out.

The older I get, the more I realize most people aren’t out of your reach, they’re just out of your effort. Send the cold email. Walk up to the stranger. Ask for help. Access is closer than you think, but only for those with the courage to ask. Closed mouths don't get fed.

@FU_joehudson Something I learned to do from a coach I used to work with. Ask your emotions what you want from it and what it wants from you. Every time, you’ll find that both desires are in complete alignment.

Hard truth: Managing your emotions doesn't make you in control of them. It makes you their servant. Just a quieter one.

You can’t be authentic because you don’t want to be polarizing. Authenticity is supposed to turn people away So take a clear stance. The people who are for you will follow. The people who aren’t won’t. You don’t want them to.

We're going to witness the biggest small business boom in history. One person with a laptop, an audience of 500 weirdos who care about the same niche thing, and some AI tools now do what used to take a 15-person team and a $200K budget. Even with all the AI doomerism, you can just lock in for the next 2 years and set up your family for a generation.
