Regarding the recent visit of QB target Peter Bourque to VA Tech & possibly considering the Hokies:
If you make an Apples/Apples list of PSU vs VT at this point, both new HCs on an upward trajectory, there isn't a single facet in which VT tops PSU. Not one. It's an inferior program & situation in every way. Fact.
The only play VT has are promises & money.
And should Bourque decide to go play for a guy that has never figured out the QB position, PSU already has Plan "B".
