@JohnHolbein1 This is why people make working papers public. What did the reviewer actually say? Was there context, like, you should have cited the updated published paper? By itself, the reviewer comment seems... insane. Would be one of those comments I'd ask the editor about.

@chris_e_larkin @JohnHolbein1 Good question. I think so. Policy decision processes can be complex, but this was a "decision" by the British voters, and it was an unmitigated disaster.
