Cutting up some Kittle tape has me thinking about something. Who in the NFL is truly a generational player? Not elite, generational. I would probably say just Garrett, Mahomes, and Kittle. Fred Warner is pretty close as well

I don’t know if this says how bad the league is or how good Phillip Rivers really is. This shouldn’t be possible for him to play this well off the couch after 5 years. Unless we just playing a bunch of bad football these days.

i know people bring up the concussions a lot but i constantly have to keep bringing it up: Tua has less concussions in his career than Aaron Rodgers had in just his first season as a starter 17 years ago (2008). Also, Jaxson Dart has gone into concussion protocol more times this season than Tua has in his career.

basically everything that’s gone wrong with tua can be traced back to the fact that he is naturally right handed but his dad forced him to become left handed for the purposes of being a quarterback

@TheHonestNFL It was the same last week too even though Hurts had a terrible game. They’re making good adjustments.

I need to preface this by emphasizing that it’s one game against a struggling opponent and I’m never going to overreact to one game or allow myself to grade them on a curve, but after one pass through the Eagles offensive film from today, there were a lot more of the little things that I liked in the pass game. It wasn’t all just one team being more talented…they manufactured it. Whether it be formations, movements, the concepts they had on relative to the looks they were presented — the Eagles operated with much more of a purpose today. That’s a common trait of successful systems. How that carries foward to finish the season is anyone’s guess, but today was a good start to getting the mojo back. Don’t get me wrong…there’s still a long way to go offensively if they want to compete for a Super Bowl again, but there’s more of a visible path to that today than I felt in the last month. I’ll post more specific snaps of film tomorrow, but those are my initial reactions to the film.
