@BritishGasHelp Hi! I asked the online help team how I could get a new Smart Energy Monitor/IHD, as my current one is six years old and not easy to read. Their advice was that I could not have one and I should visit my local DIY store to buy one. Does that sound accurate? Cheers

Is anyone else seeing strange readings in the British Gas energy app? @BritishGasHelp

@BritishGasHelp Hi, the app today is showing some strange meter readings. For example, it’s saying I used only £1.52 worth of gas in May, which is obviously nowhere near accurate. Scrolling back to previous months also shows super low figures.
