So, here’s my first venture into streamlining the chaotic scribbles in my head and on paper into something slightly more organised. Thanks @olicav for the inspiration, your book is brilliant! I’ll experiment with some skills based art instruction sheets next.

@DXB @EmiratesSupport not sure why I’m having to do your job and why I’ve had no apology/support. I’ve been told from STN that you haven’t even started the process of looking. I spent £1800 on flights, the least you can do is keep me in the loop and actually look for my luggage.

@emirates. You lost my luggage on the 16th and I’m still waiting for an update. I had been volunteering in Uganda and have lost my teaching materials and gifts from Ugandan teachers. You promised regular updates and I am the one having to phone airports etc. All costing me £!
