@ChuckHellebuyck @DanielNoree This was my first time attending a show and I remember being so excited to get to meet you and many others that I had watched/talked to online for years. Such a fun time and a great memory. Where did the time go??? 😅

We got the @Siboor3dprinter Boom printing on today’s stream! Was a pretty fun build and the first time I have used @MarlinFirmware on a new build for quite some time. Thanks to everyone that joined!

@ZombieHedgehog_ @Siboor3dprinter @MarlinFirmware My wiring is a rats nest lol I just plugged everything in and flipped it over. I’d definitely recommend some cable raceways. I’m planning on printing some out this next week to clean it up.

@JoshMurrah @BambulabGlobal I’m still here haha just largely a lurker and have an account for tcg card collecting I have mostly been on as my little oasis. I’ll try to occasionally post. I usually think about it when it’s after the fact. 🫠

So @ModBotArmy stopped posting here it seems? Which is a shame... he posted a really great video on PCCF blends today. I would like to add a few notes - if you enjoy the blends, try out the non-CF PC blend from @BambulabGlobal, it's also super easy to print and is cheaper (I believe Prusa may sell one too), I'm doing the Mog like Daniel shows, but I prefer non-CF PC for gears since it is cheaper and comes out with a smoother finish (less ground dust later) and then printed the axle cases in cheaper ASA. - if you enjoy the blend, but are looking to really pump up your game and have an actively heated chamber, try out @3dxtech pure PC with CF (they sell a blend, but also sell it pure) - it's AMAZING, I have a v0 that I can print 95C chamber that has PCCF mechanical parts, and they have held up amazing. Video link in the comments since X is a jerk about linking YouTube with the main post.

Out of NOWHERE, @Sovol3d takes the toolchanging lead by storm with not 6, but 7 materials with IDEX?!? I'm very happy to be wrong on this one, it has everything I want in a toolchanger and more😍

It’s true. We’ve hired Ratdoux. We’re integrating Full Spectrum into Snapmaker Orca. And we owe it all to the community - check fb or discord for the full list of acknowledgements!

Really would love that silicone 3d printing toolhead. TPU is still too stiff, maybe I should go lower than 85A. I need some of that waterproofing

‼️PRUSA x INDX for CORE One is here! With this release, desktop 3D printing enters its endgame: ✅ 8 independent tools. 8 loaded materials. Different nozzle sizes ready at all times ✅ Abrasion-resistant nozzle (INDX) ✅ True high flow with CHT, fast printing with your!! validated materials (INDX) ✅ Low-latency temperature control with induction heating and low-mass nozzle. Fast heat-up and fast cool-down (INDX) ✅ Dynamic dual-drive gear with large diameter. The grip strength self-adjusts based on the loaded material on pickup (INDX) ✅ Accelerometer ✅ Class-leading loadcell mesh calibration ✅ Fast eddy current toolhead offset calibration with ambient noise cancellation (PRUSA) ✅ Priming outside print area, with real print backpressure analog. Only 13 milligrams of material to fully prime. 1/5th of previous best in class!!! (PRUSA) ✅ Waste/priming pellets are formed for direct recycling. No grinding or pre-processing needed before going in the filament extruder (PRUSA) ✅ No waste/prime tower as the tool is pre-primed fully (PRUSA) ✅ True Toolchange Time: 10-17 seconds per change based on material. That’s from the last extrusion from one material to the first extrusion with the next, on the model itself. Achieved with removing the waste tower (PRUSA) ✅ Enclosed heated chamber and automatic vent opening for low-temp materials What a time to be alive, when you can have this at home / office / lab! I would not believe it 5 years ago! Big shoutout to @BondtechAB for INDX and my team for the rest of the innovations needed to make this awesome package ❤️ Now I guess we can just go hotter and bigger 😎 More info ⤵️

@GothamKnowledge @AndrewASink My experience with scanners is fairly limited I recently reviewed the revopoint metro y and had a large positive experience, however I didn’t try anything near 6ft. Also with you doing a lot of cosplay I don’t know that you’d want a blue light scanner.

EIBOS 6th Anniversary: Six Years, Layer by Layer🎂 Big thanks to all our friends for your continued trust and support. Watch our special anniversary video from the creators! ▶️ For six years, EIBOS has relentlessly pursued R&D and innovation in filament drying and storage solutions. We transitioned the market from passive storage to active drying systems, significantly improving print reliability for all the makers. By pioneering the use of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating elements, EIBOS introduced a safer, self-regulating alternative to traditional heating pads, effectively reducing fire risks. Today, EIBOS is actively building a smarter, more comprehensive filament management ecosystem.
