@srob_ Sun in the morning doesn't matter LOL
Colder
More accidents
But fuck those kids, it's all about ME and my commute home to sit on my couch
Castlewood, CO 🇺🇸 English

Fuck it - I’m engaging
Who cares? It’s the morning, thug it out, get to work, get to school and move on. Sun in the morning Does Not Matter.
Having light longer in the afternoons is far more useful bc people do things then. I will DIE on the hill of permanent daylight time!
Julian Mille☈@ATLAreaWx
This will be such a nightmare.

@wxtaylorwarwick @LaurenceTobias1 @nynjpaweather Agreed. I had to be up at 5:45 and wait for the bus to get me at 6:30am my entire life when it was dark. Now that I’m an adult, I am over the 4:10pm sunsets in the winter. It’s terrible for adults’ mental health. This bill needs to pass.
English

@LaurenceTobias1 @nynjpaweather I walked 25 minutes to school (started at 7 am) from 6th to junior year. It was pitch black more days than not getting there. There's so much damn light pollution now it's not even dark at night. Kids will be fine.
English

@LaurenceTobias1 @wxtaylorwarwick @nynjpaweather Give the kids flashlights maybe? Or supervise them? It’s not that hard.
English

@wxtaylorwarwick @nynjpaweather I’m not talking about 6th grade to junior year. I’m talking about elementary school kids-Kindergarten through 5th grade-do you want them walking to school in the dark? Or waiting for a bus in the dark? That’s what I’m talking about. Not older kids.

@mark_wx15 Just as long as it doesn’t fizzle out over central MA like it always does 🙄
English

@Graham_Reaper @ericfisher Read his tweet again, but slowly. See how he said two days?
English

Officially 100F in Boston! 🔥
If you're less than 82 years old, these past 2 days have been the hottest pair in your life. #RareAir
English

@Soar_WX I’m in Sturbridge, so I’m really looking forward to this fizzling out entirely once it passes Monson 🥰
English

@abrkylaw @BigJoeBastardi Kind of like how New York’s power grid performs beautifully in sub zero temps, but Texas’ grid shut down during a cold snap a few years back right? And Ted Cruz fled the state to go on vacation?
English

@BigJoeBastardi Does anyone want to tell him? ( anything a liberal progressive touches turns to 💩)
English

@BigJoeBastardi How does the Northeast have no trouble in extreme cold, but Texas’ grid shut down during a cold snap?
English

@BostonWxConsult Makes me think tonight will be similar 👀
English

If you're seeing lightning out there tonight, it's from these storms out by the Berkshires. What many call "heat lightning" is just lightning from storms too far away to hear the thunder. #wbz

@HopeTruthLove58 @ERICSORENSEN @MatthewCappucci Yeah so funny? What are you laughing about? Weird cult member
English

@ERICSORENSEN @MatthewCappucci Reminder. Eric posted this not as congressman but from his personal account. Either he knows he will be unemployed soon, or he thinks he will matter in 3 years😂😂😂

NEW: The terminal Doppler radar at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida is being re-identified with the initials of Donald J. Trump. The radar, formerly identified as TPBI, will now have the abbreviated TDJT.
This comes as Palm Beach International Airport is officially renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport, with the changes taking effect on July 9, 2026.
This is in response to a law passed by the Florida Legislature in February.
NOAA’s Radar Operations Center released the following statement on Wednesday:
“With the FAAs official name change of the airport, the SPG identifier for site TPBI (Palm Beach International Airport) will change to TDJT (President Donald J. Trump International Airport), affecting externally disseminated Level 2 data and Level 3 products from this radar. New identifier, DJT will be used wherever PBI currently appears.
Users of TDWR SPG data from TPBI should update their systems to reflect the identifier change. Once the new identifier has been implemented, data will be transmitted and archived with site identifier, TDJT.”
There are 45 terminal Doppler radars located around the country to protect 46 high-capacity airports. The FAA-operated C-band Doppler radars have smaller coverage areas but finer spacial and temporal resolution. They’re designed to protect against realtime threats to aviation, like wind shear and microbursts.

@NWSBoston Will fizzle out before reaching C Mass
English

@OverlordAnth @AntsMAGAweather It’s been this way all summer and will probably stay that way unfortunately. I’ve stopped getting my hopes up.
English

@AntsMAGAweather Typical day of storms fizzling out over MA while they explode over CT. Hate it so much
