你的盈利单为什么会被强行止盈？单边暴跌行情中频繁出现的ADL机制，5分钟讲清楚！ 首先我们要清楚，交易所的合约交易是怎么进行的。所有永续合约的多单和空单都有对手方，不然仓位都无法开出来，而交易所自己不会承担合约对手方的风险（不过听说有的小交易所会和用户对赌，这个可以以后单独聊一下），所以它要做的是给大家配对，那么配对成功后，多头赚一点那空头就亏一点，所以是零和游戏。 那么现在问题来了，当市场暴跌的时候，会存在爆仓的多头仓位需要接盘，这种情况下，交易所一般会先尝试通过市场 liquidation 平仓。如果 liquidation 价格与破产价格之间存在差额（即损失），平台会先动用保险基金覆盖。如果保险基金耗尽或不足，ADL 才会启动，作为“最后一道防线” ADL (Auto-Deleveraging)的核心是通过强制减持盈利仓位来平衡系统风险。 ADL 基于优先级排名选择相反方向的盈利仓位。通常，排名考虑两个因素： 1.盈利水平：盈利越高（相对于开仓价格），优先级越高。 2.杠杆倍数：有效杠杆越高，优先级越高。 接下来用一个例子来说明一下，比如有个多头在120000开100倍的多单，爆仓价为1188000，在市场暴跌的情况下，市场价可能来到了1187000这个仓位被清算，那么这个合约出现了1000的负债，在保险基金覆盖一部分例如200以后，还剩800，这个时候交易所就会找空头提前减仓（比如盈利率 >20% 、杠杆 >50x 的空头）用来偿付部分负债。（当然这只是理想情况，事实上这也是为什么很多交易所的真实爆仓价格与理论爆仓价格存在差价，交易所要留出一部分缓冲应对这种情况） ADL机制本身存在的意义是盈利的人少赚一点，来恢复多空平衡，避免整个系统的崩溃。

【灾后重建指南】选币策略汇总 这两天的推特出现了“筛币”，“抄底”，“策略”等热词。Howe 昨天逆向工程推算出了上币成本，借这个契机，为大家总结一下推特大神们的选币策略，看看暴跌后他们都何操作？ 选币有 3 个角度： 估值，盘面，周期 1：估值 做市商角度估值：算市值和壳的成本。 @Michael_Liu93 麦总前几天一直在分享筛币策略，是很好的例子。这种策略核心逻辑认为市值不会低于项目成本，有点类似看机构持仓成本。 风险在于，本质上成本价建仓是赌做市商和项目方不会亏钱，这种假设还是需要对项目背景有一点了解，毕竟不是每个项目做市能力都合格。但是在牛市背景中，这种方法胜率很大。 项目本身角度：看数据算估值。这种方法就是投研人最喜欢的风格，看各种项目数据：营收，TVL，活跃地址，交易量等等。 牛市里普遍有溢价，而大跌的时候，溢价清除，币价回落合理区间甚至低估区间。大家仔细观察会发现 @0x_KevinZ @BTCdayu 抄二级还比较喜欢这种思路。比如大宇老师前几天买 $Card 但是这种方法难点在于，项目数据有时候会跟着行情下跌，可能难算是不是真的到了低估区间。 2：盘面 从盘面表现选择强势币种，这是更加交易员的视角。这种策略核心逻辑是观察资金强度，而资金强度就体现在量价上。所以暴跌后迅速反弹的标的，反映出共识和市场热度，这种需求主导的币种，自然是投资的好标的。 @0xBanez 老师之前就从这个角度发了很多帖子，其实 @Michael_Liu93 最近也有说到。 3：周期 依据宏观盘面周期选择高胜率高贝塔币种。这种策略核心看法是周期还没结束，所以选择较大币种，捕捉下一轮宏观周期价格抬升。 S&P 标普在过去 10 年平均年化回报约为 12.2%，上涨年份（有 8 年）的平均年回报是20.64%。今年标普至今只涨了 12%，而且没触及年布林带，是有较大空间的。所以大家也普遍看好 Q4。 @0xMilkRabbit 兔老师是中长线的神了，她是这种玩法最佳例子。题外话，兔老师最近应该没有加太多仓，主要是插针的时候成功抄底了一些。 3 种选币思路风格各有不同： 🍎估值选币更适合 alpha 捕捉者，要擅长逻辑演算 🍊盘面选币更适合交易员，要有点盘感和交易经验 🍇周期选币更适合中长线大玩家，要有稍微雄厚的资金实力和耐心 现在的行情是个“莫向外求”的阶段，错综复杂，怎么操作都对，关键是想好自己的计划和交易思路。我也看到 @Web3Feng @dotyyds1234 @ZTZZBTC 这些大佬最近其实没有轻举妄动，等待时机。大家打法各有不同，找到合适的最重要。 有其他的选币策略也欢迎发在评论区

Pre-FOMC Drift (July 22–30) • Market sentiment rising: Fear & Greed (F&G) Index ~70–75 (Greed increases). • 📈$BTC ranges between 115k–125k ​​→ Cooling near ATH, no major breakdown yet. • ETH/BTC bouncing at 0.032 → ETF inflows buffering ETH pair. • Altcoins waking up → Traders rotating profits into higher-risk plays. • 📉SPX edges up but weak breadth → Still tech-led, not broad-based. • Derivatives: Open Interest is climbing and funding rates are neutral → Leverage is building, but there’s no visible froth yet. • Key risk: low volatility + debt refinancing overhang → Debt-heavy firms might crack soon; small/mid caps vulnerable. No major catalysts, just positioning for FOMC. 2. 📅FOMC Knee-Jerk (July 30–31) This is the first real macro trigger in a while.
