@punk_and_goth @XBOXSupport I had the same thing, 2fa, text, email and it was still stolen! They basically told me to kick rocks and pay up if I wanted to play the games I already paid for. It killed any feelings I had for the company and I felt bad for ever supporting them though the years.

Xbox Support issued a public apology to a user whose Microsoft account and OneDrive were deleted after compromise, acknowledging it doesn’t meet expected service standards. “We’re sorry this happened. It’s not the experience we want anyone to have when their account is compromised. We have been working to restore access to your purchases and have reached out with the next steps.”
