Current situation in Germany (January 2026):
There are no mandatory vaccinations.
There are no active, politically motivated prosecutions based on vaccination status.
There is no legal regulation that systematically abolishes patient autonomy regarding vaccinations or COVID-19 treatments.
The last relevant prosecution for fines/administrative offenses related to mask/testing/vaccination regulations was in mid-2023.
But it's cool that you're wearing an invisible tinfoil hat.

The US pulled a dirty trick to be able to grab Maduro without getting congress involved, I’d guess it’s Rubio’s plan.
That’s how this worked:
1) USA invents a new bad cartel, “Cartel de Los Soles”
2) US declares Maduro as a head of the drug trafficking “Cartel de los Soles”
3) US designates “Cartel de los Soles” as a terrorist organization
4) Maduro is now a terrorist, with $50 million bounty on his head
5) The military can act against terrorists without congressional approval!
6) Maduro gets grabbed by the military quickly
7) For the actual trial, the US drops the whole “Cartel de Los Soles” act and admits it does not even exist
8) This allowed them to get Maduro without asking confess for approval.
That’s pretty dirty if you think about it, they invented a cartel to seize Maduro.

Democrats argue that US military troops should refuse to obey illegal orders. This issue has ignited a major political debate.
Common sense and basic morality should have prevented the outrage. The uniform code of military justice claims that military personnel have a “legal and ethical“ duty to disregard unlawful orders. This is a worthy debate that needs to occur.
It would be great if the electorate were vigilant enough to demand that all wars be fought with proper authorization.
Congress has the constitutional authority to formally declare war, with input from the people that they represent.
Our repeatedly unlawful and illegal process of going into war needs to be addressed. It’s the biggest issue that needs to be dealt with.
It’s sad that Congress has ignored its legal responsibility since 1945.

President Trump is right. I for one find it to be very weird that Massie married so quickly after his wife died. Nobody even knows how she died. It was never announced that she was sick or if she died by suicide.
His wife passed away suspiciously, but doesn’t anyone find it to be very bizarre how Massie moved on from his wife of 30 years so fast? Some say he was already dating the woman he’s with before his wife died.
He started dating another woman over 20 years younger than him as soon as his wife died (possibly even before).
And yet Massie is supposed to be some “honorable Christian man”.
I don’t buy it.
Massie doesn’t do anything but undermine Trump.
Everyone needs to get off their high horse and stop pretending like Massie is an honorable man.
I’d like to know how his wife died.

A military campaign that isn’t authorized by Congress is unconstitutional and unlawful. “I was just following orders” doesn’t justify or excuse breaking the law and won’t help you.
