The big question is; Why should being the BEST DESTINATION FOR AMERICANS be a badge of honour for any Country in an existential struggle against IMPERIALISM? Just see the Countries on that list: Burkina Faso, Iran, Mali, Russia, Niger, North Korea, Afghanistan; don't know how China missed the list because of Chinese Muslims(UYGHURS) in Xiniang.....! What I know, is that Uganda is the leading host to refugees in Africa. I also know many Ambassedors who have chosen to remain in Uganda, after their tour of duty. To me, this is a better voluntary action than those concocted lists whose criterion no one fully understands.
