@easyJet very disappointed that you’ve declined my daughters claim for compensation after you cancelled her flight whilst she was at the gate waiting to board and was left stranded at Gatwick for hours with no assistance. You’re a disgrace

@Molpol @easyJet They did the same thing with us. Arriving and leaving Catania/ Sicily was a nightmare. Canceled our flights last min and delayed one by 13.5 hours. Have now received an email from easyJet denying me compensation. #neveragaineasyjet

@easyJet Why are we just finding out about flight cancellation to Catania from Edinburgh tomorrow 0625hrs. I know there have been issues over there but thought with no news we would be one of the flights going in. Family holiday up the wall. 10 hrs notice? Ridiculous.

#easyjet You have had all day to cancel our flight from Catania and you do it now. I am outraged. You knew before now that the flight would not go and yet you have just left us with a cancelled flight and no options. Absolutely disgraceful.

@SimonCalder I read this and was curious about who they had surveyed and were in focus groups. For me there wasn't enough context and I doubt it is robust enough data to inform decision making

@SimonCalder Quite simply I don’t trust government surveys. I visit lots of places for my work and I don’t know anyone who isn’t hoping for a holiday abroad. I cannot the stand the government trying to fix the narrative through tweaked data, surveys and news.
