@blackwidowbtc Depends. I think in total for allocation to bitcoin you should be somewhere around 60-70% long here and the 30% sidelined waiting for a lower entry if this 4 month Channel breaks down.

Debating with myself to see if i want to hold or scale out within this area
Since yall are tired of me giving all the scoop - why don't you give me some for a change?
Bought at 60.8K and now its at 81.6K
Should I scale out or HODL?
I know most don't have my best interest at heart but im curious whats the consensus?
Prob some haters will say sell just to see me out of my positions 😂
For those nerds, may i remind you that I bought at 17K and I would prob never sell that 😉

@bitcoinsamuel21 No shorts for me, focused on seeing how high it can go to see if I want to scale out or hold

Up 15% in 5 years hasn't even outrun inflation so from a price standpoint
From the fundamentals, bitcoin was built as an alternative to government issued currency but it ended up being co-opted. Failed here
KYC, arrests made on samurai wallet and other mixer projects, it's not money for the people.
With price flat over 5 years and its ethos eroded, I don't see it sending higher.
English

If Hal Finney were reanimated and someone told him how stablecoins worked, I don't think his reaction would be:
"wait, you're telling me this non-KYC, instantly transferable, cryptographically custodied, P2P-accessible US dollar has... a freeze function?
Oh. So we failed."
Haseeb >|<@hosseeb
Stablecoins are actually super cypherpunk. CT has broken your brain on this. The idea that anyone at any time, with just a mobile phone, can hold and send dollars instaneously to anyone in the world, no KYC, no nothing--that was literally the cypherpunk dream.

@lykan_hypers Es mentira, te piden DNI para hacerte la página azul y si subes fotos que no corresponden te banean

@dotkrueger @hillery_dan Most jobs are senseless busywork just to provide Monopoly money to live in this self induced scarcity economy.
Working for survival hasn't been relevant since 1970
One can only hope AI liberates the people from their meaningless jobs
English

@hillery_dan in fact: there will be two kinds of people
1. those that can use the AI to achieve super human performance
2. those on welfare / UBI
English

@HodlMagoo @elonmusk Well last time I checked humanoids can't impregnate

@Puncher522 @BitcoinSapiens Nah, he's on point and that's what makes it so uncomfortable

@BitcoinMagazine Pound sand!
Let me say it louder for those in the back. POUND SAND!
It was built to go around you corrupt thugs

@BitcoinMagazine It's about time for the annual Bitcoin conference price rug-pull

@TheBitcoinConf The speaker list is laughable considering the ethos of Bitcoin
You really can't make this stuff up

The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency action to freeze the 30,766 ETH being held in the address on Arbitrum One that is connected to the KelpDAO exploit. The Security Council acted with input from law enforcement as to the exploiter’s identity, and, at all times, weighed its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications.
After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or Arbitrum users.
As of April 20 11:26pm ET the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action by Arbitrum governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.

@Rajatsoni We'll live a life full of abundance in 1/2 generation due to AI and automation.
There's no need to stress about saving for a retirement
English

Most people who are saving in 401Ks are going to be VERY disappointed when they finally retire
Tax rates will be higher
Their expenses in 30 years will have gone up 3-5x
Their savings will barely cover them for a few years
They will likely have to get a part time job at 70
CHLOÉ HAPPE@bronzeageshawty
401ks are stupid. "Wow, I can't wait to finally have 600 thousand dollars at age 65 to last me the next 20 years. I'm glad I spent 40 years as a slave."
