Hello, @MEAIndia - here is the problem we are facing. Please pull up @makemytrip @makemytripcare who are not helping, simply refusing customers to talk to a human agent constantly redirecting to AI, even in such extreme situation. @EtihadHelp & @AkasaAir also not helping!
