@AskVirginMoney Hi, I’ve just set up an ISA with you (first account with yourselves) am I able to use the virgin money app for this or would this only be on a browser? It asks for a 10 digit customer ID, but for my ISA account the ID is shorter than this ?

@bt_uk hi I cancelled my package on the 17th of Jan & had the cancellation email through stating it would stop on the 3rd of Feb & the cancellation charge. My online account still tells me I’ll get a new bill and my direct debit will be taken end of Feb, is this right?

@BootsHelp Hi, I just tried to collect my parcels that said they were ready for collection they only gave me one parcel and told me the other wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow, however now on my orders it says both have been collected? Is this normal?
