@SW_Help @swtrains_watch 16.03 Weybridge - Waterloo via Staines/Hounslow - 10 coach Arterio - no short platform announcements by Guard at Addlestone/Hounslow/Isleworth/Syon Lane. Why do I have to keep reporting the failure of Guards to make such announcements?

Time is running out for the 458s on the south Western. To my surprise, I’ve been given 8415 & 8409 for today’s jaunt to the edge of the Western Region & back. Sad to think that after all the ups & downs for these units, the writing is finally on the wall. #JuniperTwilight

I’m waiting for the next train home after a looong day in town because the driver on the last train refused to put the ramp down to assist me off. Wtf @IrishRail , you need to have a serious talk with your drivers.

Appalling again @CrossCountryUK Longest train journey in the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, no trolley service on a rammed train that lasts for 12 hours, no sight of a train guard. Contemptuous way to treat customers.

Hi, @WestMidRailway, I am lodging a formal complaint. Despite holding a valid ticket, I was forcibly ejected from your train over an inadvertently expired attendant railcard. I immediately offered to buy a replacement on the spot, but your lack of onboard WiFi made it impossible. Your staff member behaved with outrageous aggression, treated me like a criminal, and removed my bags without permission. This is typical of modern Britain: fare dodgers roam freely while decent, paying passengers are singled out for disgraceful abuse. You should be deeply ashamed. Your franchise deserves to be stripped at the first opportunity.

@Mozpms4 It was not scheduled to call at those stations. After Virginia Water, the calling pattern was Aldershot and Woking. This was on our journey planners. I am sorry but you will need to source your own transport home. ^MM

Absolutely ridiculous services lately on @TfL Firstly, massive delays last week due to strike action and then today over an hour delay on @Se_Railway due to trespassers at Swanley and then a further delay on the Underground (Victoria Line) due to an unannounced reason.

When @SW_Help train guard sees me running to make the train (even though it was a min late), instesd of asking me if I am running for the train, just blows the whistle and the train departs. I mean i have no reason to go to that platform barring getting the train
