@kingstrato They should be light touch regulated. Easier MOT style checks (mainly checks on the batteries and speed regulators). Users should have to have helmets that are better than bike helmets (as bike helmets are only good up to 13mph). I might also like to see a licence and insurance.

@zoekennedy @fundame68383635 @drewsnx What the stats show is that of the drivers and cyclists who have an opportunity to jump the red lights, a similar number do. More cyclists have the chance to do so (as they can filter through to the light). Therefore people see more cyclists jumping lights.
