Evening @OctopusEnergy love what you guys are doing but this ballot of logging in every day to try & get an appointment to fit my charger for my EV is stressful man. Go on every morning as soon as they open & all gone. Going to have to cancel and choose one that just gives a date

Looking for little help @thetrainline my mam was heading to Banbury this morning but the train to get her to Darlington was cancelled so she’s missed the connection. Next one is 11ish, is she ok to get on that or not as it wasn’t an open ticket? She’s 72 & stuck

Help @hive Having issues setting up my account and dealing with leaking batteries. Got 45 mins of patronising help, only for them to message my wife saying it’s sorted. Now I need a new thermostat. In 2 years, I've spent £350 and saved just £15. And I’m out of warranty.

@TPExpressTrains @thetrainline You’re not sorry. This isn’t in the interests of your customers it’s in the interest of making money. It won’t really matter and I’m sure I’ll get over it. The reply is appreciated but it reality there should be a number to call and sort this. The time taken is nuts.

@TPExpressTrains Yeah that’s fine, as the first train was cancelled I’ve issued a refund request for that but not for the return journey. I’ve sent them an email with my train ticket booking and reference along with a receipt from my UBER. Thanks for your help. Do you know how long this takes?
