@UPS_UK Hi, our parcel was fraudulently signed for. We have RING doorbell evidence that UPS were not at our house. Parcel was not tracked after Bury St Edmunds depot. Need your GPS evidence to prove that you delivered or we'll take legal action.

Hello! I just came on here today to moan at @UPS_UK for losing my sons parcle then lying about it. I basically *never* use twitter anymore. Mayeb once or twice a month

@UPS_UK Hi, My sons package has been fraudulently signed for by your staff, & you've lied about delivery - as we have Ring doorbell evidence that no UPS drivers were at our home at time stated by yourselves. Can you help?

@thetrainline yeah. Thats seriously not cool. You're catching out hundreds of customers. Can be easily fixed by your dev team.

@MrNeilB The Railcard is automatically applied when searching for journey's, the app doesn't remove it if it's expired. Thanks ~Athia

@thetrainline very annoyed. Why does your app allow expired @_Railcards to discount the tickets? I bought tickets and didnt realise it had expired as app allowed payment. Got Fined, I'll be sending you the invoice.

@thetrainline yes but why would i remove it if i'm unaware its expired. Your app just lets you book. There should be a giant red flag saying 'This card is has expired' and doesnt apply discount. I got fined £100+. Quick search on here reveals its common problem & you havnt fixed it
