Do you expect an MP who has received a GD6 and $50 000 to vote against a bill proposed by the same people who gave the gift?

Imagine being a war veteran in Zimbabwe, long retired from the army, living in poverty, and in your 70s, you’re given a bicycle in recognition of your sacrifice for Zimbabwe! Meanwhile, a self-seeking opportunist from the opposition says a few words in praise of the President for installing a borehole - a BOREHOLE - in her very urban constituency in the country’s capital city, and she’s rewarded with a top of the range vehicle that costs the equivalent of at least 15-20 such borehole schemes! This is how rotten the state of Zimbabwe is under Emmerson Mnangagwa and his Zvigananda cartel! There is nothing in the National Interest about #CAB3, and everyone who is supporting this nonsense is an insider - or hopes to be - with access to this feeding trough that this mafia controls!

GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT'S DUE…👏👏👏 Political MATURITY is demonstrated when leaders choose to serve beyond SLOGANS or partisan politics, but PRIORITISE the fundamental needs of the PEOPLE they serve. For far too long, Zimbabwean OPPOSITION politics has been deeply POLARISED, characterised by INDIVIDUALISM and a relentless refusal to acknowledge tangible DEVELOPMENT delivered by the RULING PARTY, ZANU PF. Under the visionary leadership of H.E. President E. D. Mnangagwa, Zimbabwe has seen TRANSFORMATIVE socio-economic development from the iconic TRABABLAS Interchange, to the worldclass Beitbridge–Harare Highway, SMART GMB silos and the refurbishment of major referral hospitals such as PARIRENYATWA, to name but a few. Despite these MAJOR milestones, the opposition remains trapped in a cycle of DENIAL and choosing to CRITICISE everything done by the RULING PARTY just for the sake of it. I was however VERY IMPRESSED and wish to commend how HON. SUSAN MATSUNGA MP for Budiriro North, demonstrated a rare level of POLITICAL MATURITY a few weeks back by PRAISING the President at the unveiling of boreholes under the Presidential Borehole Drilling Scheme. Despite being labelled a “SELLOUT” by fellow opposition members, she chose to put her CONSTITUENCY FIRST and expressed her DEEPEST GRATITUDE to President Mnangagwa and ZANU PF for ensuring that the residents of Budiriro North have access to CLEAN and SAFE WATER. While others spend ALL their time on social media demanding “NEW LEADERS” or abandoning their own party then claim that “GOD IS IN IT,” 🤣🤣🤣 this is one opposition MP who has chosen to SERVE the people who voted for her in TRUTH. Ironically, it is the same OPPOSITION-LED City of Harare that has DISMALLY FAILED to deliver basic water supply to the residents, yet when their MP thanks the SECOND REPUBLIC for drilling boreholes, they CRITICIZE her and claim she is a sellout. My dear sister Hon. Matsunga, you have shown that being an MP is not merely a TITLE, but an ASSIGNMENT from the people which you must DELIVER on. Just by acknowledging the PRESIDENT and the benefits of the Presidential Borehole Scheme irrespective of its political source, you have set yourself apart from the rest and I choose to CELEBRATE you today 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. President Mnangagwa is not just a leader of ZANU PF, but a LEADER FOR ALL who is committed to leaving NO ONE and NO PLACE BEHIND. It is in recognition of your COURAGE and INTEGRITY that I am glad to extend my sincere appreciation to you, my sister. Subject to your OWN HEIRACHY in the CCC approving and even yourself agreeing, please GO AND SEE VICTOR at Exquisite Car Dealership and collect your brand new 2026 TOYOTA FORTUNER 4x4 2,4 GD6 that has been fully paid for. You will also receive US$50,000 to be channeled towards COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT and EMPOWERING the youth and women in Budiriro North. I must CATEGORICALLY state that this is NOT an inducement or invitation for you to abandon your party CCC. No, NOT AT ALL !!! it is simply recognition of and APPRECIATION for your POLITICAL MATURITY and EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP as an MP. Zimbabwe is a DEMOCRACY, and your political choices remain entirely YOURS, guided by your own principles and personal convictions. However, as the President has always said, ZANU-PF remains a PEOPLE’S PARTY with an OPEN-DOOR POLICY, and we warmly WELCOME anyone who believes in DEVELOPMENT and NATIONAL PROGRESS. Should you choose to join the WINNING TEAM, we will welcome you with OPEN ARMS. #Vision_2030 🇿🇼 #ED_Works 🐊🐊🐊🦁 #PoliticalMaturity #ED_Huchi✊🏽✊🏽🐊 #Presidential_Borehole_Drilling_Scheme ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽🦁🦁 #Give_Credit_Where_It_Is_Due

ED can be constitutionally removed from office by the Senate & National Assembly through "a joint resolution passed by at least one-half of their total membership" for, among other things, "failure to obey, uphold or defend this Constitution" or for "wilful violation of this constitution." He can also be removed for "inability to perform the functions of the office because of physical or mental incapacity." (Section 97(b)(c)(d). ED has actually been taken to the constitutional court (CCZ 8/26) for failing to "obey, uphold or defend the constitution." His conduct in aiding and abetting the violation of section 328(7) of the constitution by chairing a cabinet meeting which deliberated the extension of his term from 5 to 7 years contrary to section 328(7) amounts to "wilful violation" of the constitution which warrants his dismissal. It also shows his "failure to obey, uphold or defend" the constitution. There are just too many grounds for the removal of ED from office and these grounds are provided for in the constitution. So don't lie that ED cannot be constitutionally removed from office when the constitution provides, in section 97, for the "Removal of President or Vice-President from Office." Anobaya ED, rakacheka nyika. #2030EDAnegeAsipo #Ngazvitenderere

Saying "ED must go" is unconstitutional because he was lawfully elected by the majority and undermining that mandate violates the very Constitution we’re meant to uphold. Let’s debate fairly, but always within the rule of law.

Dear Rt Gen Chiwenga We hope this tweet finds you well. In recent days we have seen bits of you talking in very ambiguous tone and leaving many including critics alike to interpret differently. We have watched late Blessed Geza come out and promote you but there was no defence for him. Your own man died in self imposed exile in SA. Did you play him or it was part of your strategy? We are here with CAB3 because you allowed it, until you come out and boldly declare 'No to CAB3' you are playing Zimbabweans, you are doing a Geza moment and playing the pacifier to any possible mass demos. You are a decorated general with friends in high places. Prove us wrong and we will issue a full apology. #Noto2030 #NotoCAB3

It’s scary to see the number of so called high ranking ZANU PF cadres who don’t understand their own party constitution. The constitution is clear and unequivocal: The Central Committee can’t implement conference resolutions. It can only implement resolutions, decisions and programs enunciated by Congress only. It’s in black and white. This means any decisions of other bodies of the party must be passed by Congress for them to have effect. And on issues where Congress is too far and a decision is required to pass a decision or resolution of conference for implementation by Central Committee, an extraordinary Congress must be called to give the prerequisite authority. Extraordinary Congress is there to give a green light to decisions made at Conference because Conference decisions or resolutions can’t be implemented by Central Committee without enunciation by Congress. This is called management by exception.

A REVOLUTIONARY IS A CATALYST… A catalyst is substance that accelerates a chemical reaction by providing an alternative, lower-energy pathway, without being consumed or permanently changed in the process. While participating in reaction intermediates, the catalyst is regenerated, allowing it to speed up reactions repeatedly. Be a catalyst!

In November 2017, Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa was not in Zimbabwe. He was not organising. He was not mobilising. He was not commanding. He was not in the streets. He was not in the barracks. He was not at the negotiating table. He was outside this country having fled when the pressure became too great sheltering in the Republic of South Africa while the men and women he would later call his colleagues did the dangerous, costly, irreversible work of changing this nation's history.I want every young Zimbabwean to understand what that means. The man who is today the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe the man who signs the legislation, who addresses the nation, who receives foreign heads of state, who speaks at the United Nations that man was not here when the work was done. The work was done by others. And those others are now, one by one, being removed, silenced, marginalised, Assassinated erased from the story of what they built. That is not politics. That is not governance. That is not even ruthlessness in the ordinary sense. That is ingratitude of a magnitude that has no modern parallel in the history of this republic. General Constantino Guveya Dominic Nyikadzino Chiwenga made the announcement. General Chiwenga commanded the institutional loyalty of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces. General Chiwenga put his uniform, his rank, his freedom, and his life on the line to make the transition possible. The soldiers who moved that night moved because of Gen Chiwenga. The institutions that held that night held because of General Chiwenga. The international community that watched that night assessed what they saw through the lens of General Chiwenga's credibility. Mnangagwa flew back into a presidency that General Chiwenga built for him. And what has General Chiwenga received in return?I will tell you what General Chiwenga has received. He has received marginalisation. He has received the systematic removal of his allies from every institution of consequence. He has received the managed diminishment of his public profile. He has received the cold, calculated distance of a man who no longer needs what was given to him and has decided that the giver has become an inconvenience. Vice President Constantino Chiwenga's health has been a matter of public concern for some time. What has been less publicly discussed is the political environment surrounding that health crisis the access that has been denied, the support that has been withheld, the institutional isolation that has accompanied his physical vulnerability. I am a soldier. I do not make allegations I cannot support. But I say this clearly and on the record the full story of what has happened to Vice President Chiwenga medically, politically, and institutionally has not been told. And the people of Zimbabwe have a right to demand that it be told. Completely. Transparently. With independent verification. Because when the man who made your presidency possible is fighting for his life and fighting for his political survival simultaneously and the President he installed is nowhere in that fight something is profoundly, historically, unforgivably wrong. General Valerio Sibanda served this nation as Commander of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces.

Chivhayo will be distributing 3,6 million this week to all MPs. Since he announced it, no one has publicly said they will not take it. This is why voting for a president cannot be reserved for a few. They can be compromised and some have been compromised already.
