My Thoughts on the Liquidation Crisis and How to Fix It ⚠️ 1/ Every week on Crypto Twitter, it’s the same headlines: “$150M wiped in liquidations.” “Retail got rekt again.” Let’s talk why it keeps happening, why leverage isn’t going away, and what we can actually do to fix it./ A 🧵

Will there ever be another altcoin season? Seems like it's sector based and mostly short-term. This is the main reason I'm mostly Bitcoin and using STRC to hodl cash short-term.

What is the best possible future? This question is much harder to answer than it may seem.

Elon Musk: "Let's say you're praying to God and you ask for a given future. What future do you want God to give you? Probably, a future where there's amazing abundance for all."x.com/ElonClipsX/sta… "I think we want a future with love. That seems like a no-brainer. Peace is an interesting one because, you know, sometimes the price for complete peace may be too high because the complete peace may require too much suppression of the people."

Bitcoin at $70k and the panic posts are already flowing. I've watched this movie five times since 2011. I bought at $2 when $32 was 'the top.' Same feeling. Same noise. Spoiler: people who buy during panic usually thank themselves later.

It treats production itself as guilt. Not fraud. Not theft. Not violence. Simply creating wealth, building companies, and succeeding beyond others becomes the “crime” deserving confiscation, forced labor, humiliation, and “penance.” The same people fantasizing about liquidating producers are completely dependent on the civilization those producers built. The farms, supply chains, medicine, technology, jobs, transportation, investment, and tax base they rely on all come from the very class they demonize. Every collapsing socialist system eventually runs into the same reality: you can punish productivity for a while, but you cannot sustain a society by rewarding resentment over creation. “Produce and be punished. Fail and be subsidized.” That incentive structure ensures and makes decay inevitable. Even those who'd label themselves as communist dictators would be more pragmatic.

Take their jets. Take their mansions. Liquidate their bank accounts and give them to the poor. Then make them pick oranges in the hot sun 6 days a week with no bathroom breaks. After 5 years of pennance we can think about letting them back into society.

Politicians “helping people” usually means taking from one group by force to reward another group they value politically, then demanding praise for their compassion. A robber at least admits he’s taking your money for himself. A politician does it with legal immunity, calls it virtue, and spends other people’s earnings to buy influence, dependency, and votes.

@AlboMP Thank you for taking 47% of the profit earned by all young Australians off the back of their hard work. I truly don't know where you find the time to contribute almost half of the effort to all of those small businesses. It's extraordinary.

Nine months ago, these homes were still under construction. Now, 45 new social and affordable homes in Melbourne are ready for people to move into. We’re throwing everything we can at housing. 5% deposits for first home buyers. Fairer housing taxes. And more homes being built right across the country. Because everyone deserves a place to call home.

@RockChartrand @OrevaZSN Socialism has ruined ppl's perception of the world and made them think it's normal to be extremely jealous of others when it isn't. It's not natural to think human beings should have free access to shelter, food, and healthcare simply because they have no money. It's disturbing.

“People shouldn’t go without simply because they have no money” often translates into “I should be entitled to live off wealth someone else earned.” And then, if others refuse to provide unlimited housing, food, healthcare, or wages on demand, they call it “greed” or even “theft,” as though not receiving an unagreed upon entitlement is robbery while forcibly redistributing someone else’s earnings somehow isn’t.
