@MrStevenMoore @denbypottery last time I looked at buying a Denby mug it said " made in China". Where is all Denby pottery actually made ?
If it is made in Britain , I would buy it!

In 1809 Joseph Bourne found some clay in Derbyshire and began to make pots. He prospered and the name of “Bourne Denby” became famous. The very same clay still make @denbypottery today. Isn’t that alone worth saving? Sustainable since 1809. #savedenby

Christianity is not about buildings.
It is about having a relationship with Jesus. Knowing He is the way the truth and the life and sharing this wonderful news.
I am proud to be a Christian it has changed my life but my relationship is with Jesus not with a listed building.

Reform will protect British culture, because a nation without a culture is just an economic zone. We will preserve Britain’s Christian heritage, granting listed status to all churches to prohibit their conversion into places of worship for any other faith.

@London_W4 Sadly so many uk brands have off shored. The reason is simple, it’s cheaper , but they still charge made in uk prices. It’s all about the margin. I don’t mind where thing are made, but I did like to be able to make the choice. Too may who have off shores hide the fact

And now I’m here in John Lewis. Am I the only person who wants to buy a nice bowl or a lovely plate that’s made in Britain and not in China? Sophie Conran, PortMeirion is beautiful and sounds British but made in China. Rick Stein Treyarnon Bay, Cornwall. Sounds Cornish but made in China. Almost everything I have picked up here is made in China. I’ll happily pay more for British made, in what I thought was a British shop, but it seems to be impossible.

@MardyDuck @nationaltrust Funnily enough, I’m aware of that, but you’ve missed the point in your rush to criticise me. What about the other objects removed? Does the NT not have any other paintings the could hang in thier place, or ask for the loan of other paintings? That is the issue

@ZanyZephyrX They put the bust in a glass case and there's now an owl door knocker on the suite I was working in, but I still got angry letters after I admitted to doing it in an interview, saying I shouldn't be encouraging children to graffiti.

It's true, I did. And they called my PA, who laughed and turned to me and said 'you won't believe this. It's someone pretending to be from the Balmoral, saying you graffitied a bust.' And I had to say, 'oh yeah, I did do that, actually.'
