@Help_C2C Further to my last - it's like this every Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday, engines running on all. 2 Cardiff registered plates and I would put money on at least half of them having check engine lights on. Reporting it every time I go down would be a waste of time.

@Help_C2C What do I need to do to complain about the taxi drivers that park across double yellow lines onto the pavement with poorly maintained diesel engines running and not moving down in the bay? I'm not going to report each individual car, it's an incessant problem.
