There's never enough of anything when you're in BG + dominance. You want something, you stretch to get it. Enemies, you push down. Authorities, you please. You get results, it was based on performance. The cost is felt. What the BG actually wants, because it's passive, is to get all for nothing. If the stretching is sustained for too long, spirit breaks. If success is achieved, now the BG wants to relax, but can't. If the goal keeps being pushed away, there's no more energy to sustain the stretching and all was for nothing. If BG decides to preserve energy and remain seated, resentment accumulates. There's not a single doing to get rewards that works, and the little that does is not sustainable. The only thing that works in BG is the function of the frame itself. Servitude with no expectation. Widsom in passivity. Femininity. The more dominance and competition, the more resentment, the more twisted, the more incentive to go evil - meaning, the aim to bypass the game and capitalize on the outcome and spend it all before it leaks. So, never enough of anything in BG while its craving. Never enough validation, territory, power, resources, success. Never enough energy to pursue, never enough clarity. As a man, take your BG frame and subtract dominance. Let it passive. Make it wise. Move all of your dominance to TG, in a free, clear, self owned, expansive, abundant state.

I eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate. Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL July 2025: 20 particles/mL Nearly identical drop in my blood same time period: Oct 2024: 70 particles/mL May 2025: 10 particles/mL Important as a meta-analysis of 36 studies reveals that microplastics induce oxidative stress in the male reproductive system, leading to testicular inflammation, cell death, and reduced testosterone levels, sperm production, and motility. Two studies last year showed that microplastics were detected in every human testicular and semen samples tested. The therapy we think most responsible for this reduction is sauna as it also eliminated most environmental toxins in my body, including those linked to various plastics (200 F, 20 min daily w/ ice on the boys). I also avoid the big no-no’s like microwaving in plastic, plastic cutting board, and having a reverse osmosis water system. To our knowledge, this is the first report of any correlation (esp in the same person over two timepoints) between blood and semen microplastic levels, demonstrating successful microplastic detoxification in the semen following that in the blood.

He's not wrong. We need more love for the guys and girls who are trying to ADD pounds on this diet. I had to eat a crazy amount of beef, butter, and double cream to get here. It's not easy with just how satiating this diet is.
