@OctopusEnergy please can you ask your customer service/complaints team to pick up my email ASAP?! I was promised a resolution to my complaint on a call this morning (after 2 months) but now I've been told via that the resolution can't happen! Angry is an understatement!

@Plusnet I noticed DD not taken in Dec. I called, was reassured that it had been taken, received email confirmation of this, 2 days later you called to confirm again that my bill was definitely paid. So why have I now received SMS saying DD not taken and will be taken on 10th?

@Vitality_UK I don't have membership. That's the point. I asked for a callback three times with no callback in over a week, and sat on hold for half hour with no answer and no indication of where I was in the queue. If its that difficult to give you my money, there's no hope with a claim!

When you call a business to give them your money and they cant even be bothered to answer the phone. Great first impression- if its that difficult to sign up with @Vitality_UK how difficult will it be to make a claim?!

@SteveBremner @OVOEnergy Don't ovo pay interest on credit balance? They used to pay 3% which is more than any savings account I can find - let them have your money and pay you that interest!

I'm nearly £500 in credit with @OVOEnergy but they want to get me "back on track" by bumping up my DD an extra £206 a month. If I don't up the DD, it seems they are going to do it anyway... What?!
