@Argos_Online very unhappy. I bought a set of scoville neverstick pans for £68 less than 6 months ago. They are so bad I have had to bin them! Anything sticks to the surface (see photo). I have followed utensil and cleaning instructions exactly!

@HMRCcustomers on hold for 51 minutes. Finally got through to someone, then an automated message says thanks for calling bye and then hangs up. Do I really need to call and wait on hold for another hour?!

@lufthansa We paid hundreds to secure seats with extra leg room for my husband. He has had emergency spinal surgery and needs to be comfortable. When I check in, our seats are no longer extra leg room ones. I need someone to sort this out asap before our flight tonight.

@AerLingus I tried that. And recieved an automatic response saying I couldn’t speak to an agent. WHY has this taken 18 months and is still going on. Easy jet have previously managed to give me compensation within a week for a delay

@AerLingus my husband got a flight from Edinburgh to Belfast on 2nd December 2022. It was 4 hours late. We applied for compensation for this, as we are entitled to under the law. We have yet to see this 18 months later. Can this be resolved NOW

I’ve started using @QwiqrFeedback when marking essays at Higher and I’m a huge fan. I can give much more detailed and specific feedback on what sections of the essay need improvement, and why. Plus they can go back to the feedback at any time. 10/10 would recommend 👏
