@SonuNigamSingh They work on a software. IRCTC is the biggest black marketer in country. Be it railway tkt or chardham helicopter, the moment IRCTC stepped in, scarcity started. I wonder why is govt. still keeping up this stupidity of tatkal which only causes artificial scarcity @RailMinIndia

TATKAL TICKET BOOKING reality: Two screenshots, booking starts at 10am, gareeb rath had 240 seats under tatkal quota. 10.01 am - "booking not started" pop-up appears. then app crashes and starts buffering. 10.04 am - app responds. now it shows status as waiting list 41. even with a high speed internet, it's close to impossible to book tatkal ticket. no idea how agents confirm that they will get it done. how does it happen remains a mystery! 🙏

Shocked by the insensitivity of @airindia. A ticket cancelled on May 13 is falsely marked as a no-show and denied any waiver for cancellation charges — for a patient recovering from brain surgery. Where is the basic empathy? Case # 22249083  @DGCAIndia, is anyone accountable?
