@clintbarnette @Pref_Right Got a unit+ sized place on the fringe of the WH for you to lease and drill whenever you’re ready. Takeaway nearby.

@Pref_Right Some view this as a bubble, and some view this as an opportunity to drill 6,250 western haynesville wells instead

32% of annual upstream, midstream, and downstream combined global capex on one meme storage facility in Ohio. Bubble.

@PLM_Pimp @jaybsauceda @tcreporter Their chicken and dumplings are fantastic. So is the fried chicken. And the greens. And cornbread. And cobbler.
English

@jaybsauceda, if you are still in East Texas tomorrow, stop in Woodville at the Pickett House. You could do a whole episode of @tcreporter there.

@LandmanLife One possible outcome of sovrnty.co is that it will break Tracts’ entire business model.
English

Heard one of the tracts.co guys was talking about replacing brokers with AI while sitting on a panel full of in-house landmen. Bold strategy. Nothing gets a room fired up like a software bro explaining why the people who actually know how deals get done are obsolete.

@kyle_e_walker Hard agree on deterministic automations (and algorithms). A lot of groups in the space I’m focused on (title) have lost the plot completely.
English

Starting to see more sensible AI takes on here. A few I've noticed (that I agree with):
- In many cases, a deterministic automation is superior to an LLM, and you should know when to use each
- You'll often have more success with 1-3 focused agent sessions than with a swarm of agents you can't keep track of
- Not everyone wants to build their own software

Who’s building tools for O&G (or adjacent) that I should follow besides @kyle_e_walker, @JSON_JEFF, @FracSlap, @parkertankus?
English

I'll bet these two have not played in oolong time!
