I love this new mission statement. Now we just need to educate the world on the plan. I think it would help to explain some Milestones. What will it look like as we progress from here to there, towards a world where all goods and services are abundant and nearly free. Milestone 1: 1,000 Optimus Robots doing useful work inside of Giga Texas. Milestone 2: 50,000 Optimus Helping to build CyberCab, Model 3, Model Y, and also Optimus. Milestone 3: 100,000 Optimus Available for purchase to the public. Milestone 4: 1 Million Optimus Doing useful work in factories all over the U.S. Milestone 5: 5 Million Optimus Building solar panel electric plants all over the U.S. strategically placed for efficient distribution. Milestone 6: 10 Million Optimus Starting to work at Nursing homes and Hospitals all over the U.S. in caregiving tasks to help the Elderly. Milestone 7: 250 Million Optimus Automation of home building has made the construction of all new homes free and new cities are built all over the U.S. Milestone 8: 500 Million Optimus Energy production has skyrocketed to the point that energy is now free and abundant in every city and town in the world. Milestone 9: 750 Million Optimus Automation of all Agriculture is complete, from farm to table, food is free to all and delivered to everyone’s door world-wide. Milestone 10: 1 Billion Optimus Medical care is provided free and abundantly in every city and town in the world.

@foxenflask @mcuban @AbdulElSayed Wait. The Luigi incident was about insurance, not providers. I’m on your side if you think Insurance companies are the problem. I am a provider (physical therapist) in a small clinic and insurance companies make it harder every year to provide high quality care to patients.

Because currently they are like vampires, who have been allowed to grow so savage and ruthless that they call the shots on what healthcare should look like in this country. The Luigi incident happened for a reason, and we need radical change. They can no longer call the shots and bleed the American people dry.

Muscle IQ Minute “Pain Inhibits Pain” Your brain has a real pain switch. One painful signal can turn down another. It’s called DNIC (Diffuse Noxious Inhibitory Control) — or Conditioned Pain Modulation (CPM) in humans. A 2025 review in Current Medical Science summarizes 36 years of research on the key brainstem region: the Subnucleus Reticularis Dorsalis (SRD). When a second pain input arrives, the SRD reduces the first one’s intensity. Two pain signals compete; the brain quiets one to focus. This isn’t theory — it’s mapped circuitry (LC-SRD, PBN-SRD, RVM-VLM-SRD, ACC-SRD) and chemistry (μ-opioid, noradrenaline, mGluR7). In clinic: Weak muscles often stay inhibited by ongoing nociceptive signals. Palpate a suspected painful spot while testing — the muscle frequently strengthens immediately. The second pain input engages DNIC at the brainstem, temporarily removing inhibition. That spot reveals the driver. Treat it, retest. When strength returns, the session hit the target. This matches exactly what the SRD-DNIC mechanism describes. Bedside observation backed by neuroscience. 📚 Lopes-Florencio et al., Current Medical Science 2025. link.springer.com/article/10.100… #PainScience #DNIC #PhysicalTherapy

I'm in a state of shock. This post has received the most likes, replies, and reposts of any of my posts this week, and it was written entirely by AI — Claude Sonnet 4.6. I have tried to use AI for composing posts in the past. This is the first time the output was usable. This was my prompt: “My X account is davidpattersonx. Look at my posts and create 10 banger high-engagement posts in my style.” I tried the same prompt with Grok and Gemini, which produced unusable output. ChatGPT came close to my style, but the content was not accurate or engaging enough. Claude was on another level. It matched my style and created actually engaging posts. I could probably post the other nine outputs, and they would get at least my normal level of engagement. My only role was to pick the best post and make sure the content accurately reflected my views. I suspected that this one would perform better than 90% of my posts. Claude was able to correctly understand my estimates for the rate of AI development and communicate them in a unique and engaging way. I have said that AI will be ready to replace all jobs by the end of the year and that I would be able to replace myself on X and no one would notice. It's amazing to see it happening.
David Scott Patterson@davidpattersonx

The top AI model today is smarter than 99% of humans at coding. Next year, it will be smarter than 99% of humans at medicine, law, and engineering. The year after that, it will be smarter than all of us at everything.

What? Give an example. Food is necessary for humans but it isn’t free. Healthcare and food will be free in the future but only when it is 100% provided by robots. But, I guess if everything is free people might provide you with food and medical care for free, too. It won’t matter at that point because you won’t need money. So, money is just to help fight against scarcity. Right now there is not enough healthcare for it to be abundant enough to be free. Supply and demand.

Again, neither one of us will budge. Personal interpretation of scripture. The marriage of Adam and Eve was eternal. They could live forever in their state, and not die. Their marriage was meant to be eternal. The Fall brought death into the world. Jesus conquered death. All things lost by the Fall are restored again. That is the point of the Fall. That is the point of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, to save us from the Fall and all its consequences.

No, the marriage of Adam and Eve isn’t eternal. The ONLY reason to assume it is would be to justify bad theology. The word used in Gen 2 and quoted elsewhere in scripture is "one flesh" and it means “of the body” as in physical earthly body. “What I am saying, dear brothers and sisters, is that our physical bodies cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. These dying bodies cannot inherit what will last forever.” 1 Corinthians 15:50 “But Jesus returned and had a body” you say “He (Jesus) will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own,” 1 Phil 3:21 Glorified bodies CAN inherit the eternal. Glorified bodies are NOT equivalent of earthly physical bodies, so much so that Mary didn't even recognize Jesus and thought he was the gardener when at the empty tomb. The verses you quoted say the same concept over and over "the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed" The idea that union of "one flesh" is eternal is saying "sure the flesh dies and can't be immortal, but I think that part of the flesh stays the same even though it doesn't say it does ANYWHERE in the bible. Jesus in Matt 22 is literally being asked the question "this woman was married to all these different men, who's wife will she be in heaven" Jesus says "For when the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage" The word translated "marry" is "gameo" it's a verb (action) that means to "to lead in marriage". Sounds an aweful lot like the grooms role within a continuing marriage doesn't it? It's not saying "we don't have new marriages in heaven" He's saying "existing marriage isn't a thing there" AND "we don't initiate them there." You're proposing Jesus was saying "they will neither get married nor be given in marriage" You're essentially suggesting He was stuttering.

Interesting how 2 out of 3 Christians actually believe in the LDS doctrine that families will be together in the eternities, even if their church doesn't officially teach it. Would heaven really feel like heaven if you didn't have your family there with you?

People keep confusing valuation with IPO proceeds. The actual new shares sold are usually far smaller. Known/reported numbers are more like: * OpenAI: recent transactions were about $6.6B in shares sold, and reports said OpenAI authorized ‘$10B+’ of stock sales. * Anthropic: latest funding rounds were $13B and later $30B — that’s the actual new capital raised, not the full valuation. * SpaceX: current IPO speculation is roughly $50B–$75B of shares offered initially, with only ~3% float discussed.

We can go back and forth all day. We will never find agreement by appeal to the Bible, because it is by our own interpretation that we understand the words. What about the marriage of Adam and Eve? Wasn’t it eternal? And as far as the law of witnesses, it wasn’t just for crimes: John 8:13-18 (KJV): “The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true. Jesus answered… “It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true. I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.” The Father isn’t witnessing to a crime done by Jesus, but to the truthfulness of His words. And flesh can become eternal. Job 19:26 (KJV): “And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God.” Luke 24:39 (KJV): “Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.” John 20:27 (KJV): “Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side…” The proof that it was him were the holes in his hands, feet, and side. The same flesh, but changed. And our bodies will also be changed to not die anymore. “42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:” 48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

This flesh isn’t eternal either. This world is passing away and we’ll have new bodies. Thus your attempt at misusing Matt 19:6 is wrong. Furthermore God uses these bodies as a metaphor for the temple, both our flesh and the Jewish temple are temporary, thus the concept He wouldn’t use a temporal thing like marriage to illustrate an eternal concept is wrong, not to mention ALL of Matthew 25 is using temporal concepts as a picture of what the eternal kingdom will be like. Moreover Jesus never married on earth so per LDS theology He is ineligible to reach the celestial kingdom. Lastly Matthew 18:16 is specifically in context of church discipline and correction of another church member sinning, NOT an acid test for which biblical verses are accurate as you’re attempting to shoe horn it.

This scripture addresses no new marriages after death, at the resurrection, in response to a hypothetical about levirate marriage. It does not confirm or deny continuation of existing bonds or marriages before death. It is a strong one in favor of your point. And it is used all the time to counter the idea of families being able to be eternal. But can you find a second scripture, “that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.” - Jesus (Matthew 18:16) Because I have several in mind that say something different: Jesus says in Matthew 19:6 (KJV): “Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” The marriage of Adam and Eve was performed by GOD himself, prior to the Fall, and was therefore eternal. Marriage is meant to be eternal. But what blocks that possibility? Death. The Fall of Adam brought death into the world and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ conquered death for all eternally, and restores eternal marriage, too. Also, God would not use a “temporary” metaphor of marriage in his symbolism of the eternal bond He makes with Israel. Therefore, marriage, is meant to be eternal. Pre-Fall “one flesh” (Genesis 2:24) in immortal state has no end. Atonement reverses death (1 Cor 15:21-22). “For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.” Full restoration infers eternal marriage. Acts 3 “20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”

I believe the righteous shall be lifted up to meet him when he comes. 1st Thessalonians 4:16-17 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Also, Matthew 24:29-31 29 ¶ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
