I conducted the study and report to Congress in 2010 on Illegal Immigration. I recently updated a key figure: There are now a verified 52+ million Illegal Aliens on US soil. I informed the Trump-Elect White House in 2024 that this group represents the single largest domestic-based national security threat in US history. They Don't Work for You The folks who warned against the 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act ended up being right. They want us to trust them now but they have already been caught repeatedly lying about immigration and its impact on our nation. During the debates in 1964 and 1965 critics in Congress and outside warned that shifting from national origins quotas to family reunification would bring in far more low-skilled immigrants and eventually increase pressure on public benefits, wages, and entitlements. Sponsors like Ted Kennedy and Emanuel Celler repeatedly assured everyone that the bill would not significantly change the demographic makeup of the country or raise welfare costs. They called anyone against them Immigration snobs. They were wrong. The critics were right. What happened next is well documented. The new family-based system triggered chain migration. Low-skilled immigration from Latin America and Asia surged. Over the following decades legal immigrant households began using means-tested benefits at higher rates than native-born Americans in categories such as Medicaid food stamps and housing assistance. By the 1990s the Urban Institute and other researchers documented that immigrant welfare usage was notably higher in many low-income categories. This led to the 1996 welfare reform law that tried to restrict new immigrants from many federal benefits for five years but the underlying demographic shift and entitlement pressure continued. Every immigrant was keen to not only get into the country but immediately enroll their parents on Social Security despite not having paid in. The pattern is clear. The 1965 Act opened the door to larger and less skilled inflows. Those inflows increased demand on taxpayer-funded programs. The very outcomes the critics predicted came true while the rosy assurances from the bill’s supporters did not. This is not ancient history - and it hasn't stopped. I just walked into CVS in D.C. and you have to ask an employee to unlock the door if you want to buy garbage bags and paper towels I asked why? “People steal.” The employee then explained that in D.C. they don’t hold criminals so they have organized rings who steal then hand it to others to resell it. I am going to keep repeating this until people understand this. Karen Bass was not only a Castro operative and Communist, but she got elevated to Vice Chair of National Endowment for Democracy, which is the center of soft power operations in the US government. Kudos to the New York Post for being the only major outlet to get this right. The SPLC were paying the leaders. By definition, leaders cannot be informants. They run the operation. Watch out for: Nancy Abudu. She served as the SPLC’s Director of Strategic Litigation (its top litigation role) before being nominated by President Biden and confirmed by the Senate in 2023 as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. This represents a move from SPLC leadership into a high-level federal judicial position.

I'll write an essay about this, but speaking as a former Democrat, I can't stress enough how impactful the SPLC's hate theatre has been in swaying votes. As much as any liberal might be drawn to vote Republican or to feel repelled by other left-wing policies, at the end of the day we could not align with "those people" who were so visibly hateful in Charlottesville, and socially we feared others thinking that we were like "those people" if we were ever drawn to any Republican or conservative policy.

A lot of this is on the right track, but it doesn’t go far enough. If Washington is serious about ending H-1B abuse, then stop pretending tweaks will fix a system that’s been exploited for decades. Shut it down where the abuse actually lives: ➡️Any company with offshore operations? No access to H-1B. ➡️H-1B dependent firms? Out. Entirely. ➡️If you built your business model on replacing Americans, you don’t get to keep using the system that enabled it. Fraud by an employer, university, or applicant should trigger immediate revocation of any visas sponsored, facilitated, or obtained through that employer or institution, and a permanent bar from future U.S. visa eligibility or program. No second chances. No backdoor re-entry. And let’s be clear on accountability! Displace ONE American, directly or through a staffing layer, and you lose access to every visa program permanently. Minimum $200,000 penalty per American displaced. Paid directly to the workers who were pushed out. Not into a fund. Not into bureaucracy. To the people who were harmed. And Americans shouldn’t have to fight for years to prove it. No arbitration clauses. No gagged severance deals. No endless legal games. Fast-track claims. Low burden of proof. Immediate consequences. Because right now, the system protects the employer and punishes the American worker. For years, companies gamed the system, displaced Americans, and walked away richer with zero accountability. This shouldn't just be about reform it should be about accountability and enforcement that is costly and painful!
