@pollen I attempted on 7/21. I was informed that you guys had a system issue that was only fixed on Monday after the price increase. I was trying to get 7 Tier 1 tickets and with the system issue, now I have to pay $100 extra for Tier 2 tickets. Please advise with this issue.

@pollen i tried buying Electric Zoo tickets via your portal but it was impossible to check out. Screen stuck on processing forever. I could not make the purchase before the price increase.

@VerizonSupport Manager at Verizon Soho stored promised us $120 of discretionary credits to keep our Apple watches instead of returning them Black Friday last year. 7 months later found out that credits were denied and store manager basically lied to us so we kept our watches

@VerizonSupport Resolved after literal hours, not counting the previous 4 calls. Thanks to Tonya at Customer Service for being extremely helpful today. But it really shouldn't be this difficult.
