UPDATE ON #1FairWage IN DC: 1) In July, DC voters passed #1FairWage with 56% of the total vote, but in Oct, the City Council repealed this gradual increase in the subminimum tipped wage rate that would have guaranteed the full min wage to all workers by 2026.
