If we are listing crap that can’t or won’t happen keep going All of what you listed has a value set by the market, housing costs are impacted by the no urban growth folks and by regulation, costs due to supply (lumber) are largely impacted by fuel costs…. So if you want to make that fevered dream real go after the government, slash the regulatory system to the bone, then drill baby drill for energy drive the prices down as far as possible, then prices will start to fall to make it affordable. Oh one other thing, tweak the tax laws to make it sour for corporate rental farms…

We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.

"Cloud had been pulling away from her long before that fateful day" . The book doesn't go into details on Cloud's reasoning why it an be tackled from multiple lens.
