Earth hangs in the black sky, casting a soft, ethereal light. While these look like humble beginnings, they mark a pivotal transition of humankind to a multi-world species. Now that the Artemis II mission is underway, this scene may not be too far in our future.

Critics of space colonization cannot decide whether it is about the rich escaping, or the poor being deported.
Ideally, access to space should be available for everyone, and voluntary.

@doctor16t @Cacophanus Yeah but to me his whole point is that we need to deal with our problems by going to the source instead of treating the symptoms of resource issues. Space industry + deporting poor people to space a la uc gundam will just make things worse in the long run.
