I cancelled it right away and these people sometimes say was cancelled in 2 minutes so its being charged, and saying for 5 minutes the driver was driving already where I clearly know i did not spend that much of time and it shows arriving in 12 minutes. there are no timestamps

@hopprides I am sooo disappointed with you guys and the customer support is total fraud with no help! I booked a ride today which showed clearly arriving in 12 minutes and then driver also messaged me he will take more 10 minutes to reach in 2 minutes of booking the ride.
