@bc_perspective I have a judicial review decision with his name in it. I have been up against his law firm, and GC name came up, and I actually had to argue that he is not a lawyer. His firm argued he is a Lawyer, then had to correct the record, because GC is absolutely not a lawyer.

@ArvanitisV36999 I have a Workers Comp matter that has persisted for nine years, with an employer who fabricated statutory investigations. Worksafe BC found the employer evidence and investigations tainted by retaliation. This has continued into the Court of Appeal.

@empoweredca I have a BC Court of Appeal ruling that includes the Court upholding an exclusion to confirmed statutory violations, despite clear Charter violations. The rule of law has failed when Prohibited Actions are permitted into Judicial review.

@barrywbussey @FSU_Canada The Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal make the Human Rights Tribunal look reasonable. You want to see a brutal judicial review. I can show you one that permitted illegal Prohibited Actions into the Court of Appeal. Thats a failure in the rule of law.
