Nashik city never got a municipal corporation bus service ever since the NMC came into being more than 40years ago but now when govt has sanctioned metro for Nashik people are raising eyebrows and saying it's of no use in Nashik.

The project will be suitable for the traffic needs of cities having populations similar to Nashik in India as well as similar cities abroad. There will be two corridors comprising Gangapur to Mumbai Naka and Gangapur to Nashik Road. #NashikMetro @IRCTCofficial @nsitharaman
