@currys we so desperately need to speak to someone today about another one of your unbelievable errors which has resulted in our faulty fridge not getting collected today despite being told it was. And we have arranged the delivery of our new fridge today.
@currys I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service as yours. 6 weeks later, still trying to get a faulty product fixed or replaced, which is less than 6 months old
@Royal_Greenwich How do I go about requesting a locked bike storage unit outside our block of flats? Others locally seem to be getting some and it would be so great if this was rolled out to all. Thanks!
@NatScarimbolo Sometimes the repayment will just be held as the credit on the record, until the repayment has been cleared, we won't be able to issue it. Steve
@HMRCcustomers It doesn't say pending or anything on the account. Updates are only provided after calling to speak to an advisor, all of which have said checks are still progressing
@NatScarimbolo Hi Natalie. It depends on the individual checks that are needed on the repayment. The repayment normally shows pending if the checks are still progressing. James
@HMRCcustomers If that's the case, why can't the account be updated to reflect this or any kind of comms providing an update. I am contacting you on behalf of my partner and his mental health is significantly affected as a result of this. He has mental health problems and this is not helping
@HMRCcustomers Money not received. Phoned an advisor now and have been informed it could take another 8 weeks, which is unbelievable when all the information requested has been provided
@HMRCcustomers The self assessment was submitted on 6 April. We have a confirmation email confirming. The status on the account says we've filed the return for 2022/23. We've also requested the payment, after several security checks. Was then told checks will take 6 weeks, which is now
@easyJet I gave up after 2.5 hours on hold. I understand you are busy at the moment, but perhaps you can let me know how many more days it will take for the refund to be issued? That's all I want to know.
