I support voter ID and believe that only U.S. citizens should vote in our elections. But the SAVE America Act goes beyond that and provides no time for proper implementation. It would ultimately disenfranchise some Americans in rural communities, so I oppose it.

Parts of Brown and Kenosha counties still have to report votes, but as things stand, Biden leads by 0.22 percentage points statewide in Wisconsin, 49.25 percent to 49.03 percent, according to ABC News. 53eig.ht/386INQh

@ArguingWIdiots @SirBylHolte Wow. A movie reviewer in a newspaper. Owned! 😆
English

Gosh, its got to be hard for you to go out in the world and not melt, what a delicate snowflake you must be. You know what.. lets ask the Greeks, its their story right.
Their heavy conservative newspaper:
"Taken together, it is clear that Christopher Nolan has met the Homeric challenge – and triumphantly, too. “The Odyssey” ranks comfortably among the finest achievements of his career and stands as one of the most significant films of recent years, successfully fusing an epic that has echoed across the centuries with the distinctly postmodern artistic sensibilities of the present day."
It's also their number one movie, broke sales records there, and has gotten top reviews from critic and movie-goers alike.
So maybe simmer down your whiny bigot megaphone

They keep saying Nolan did it this way to win Oscars.
Is there an Oscar for "most gratuitous race-swapping"?
Is there an Oscar for "worst casting of a black actress"?
Is there an Oscar for "most inappropriate music"?
Is there an Oscar for "best use of a gender-confused woman"?
Is there an Oscar for "darkest cinematography"?
If all of those awards exist, then Nolan definitely is going to sweep the Academy Awards.
Otherwise...?

@GaysForTrump It’s the looping and clapping in the officer’s face for me.

@MikeASperrazza @stoolpresidente Better for the officer’s backs if they just drag them by their hair across the pavement.

Bodycam from the incident outside Macy’s at Valencia Town Center in Santa Clarita.
LASD responded to a trespassing call.
Deputy Lorena Gonzalez contacted Christopher Lee Mercurio, who refused to leave, threatened to kill her, punched her in the face and head, and kept advancing after she created distance.
She fired in self-defense. Mercurio was pronounced dead at the hospital. The deputy was injured but survived.
The California DOJ reviewed the case and found insufficient evidence to file charges ruled justified self-defense.

The strongest policies are shaped by the people they're meant to serve. That's exactly what guided the Native Children's Commission Implementation Act, which I'm proud to have introduced to turn the findings and recommendations of the Alyce Spotted Bear and Walter Soboleff Commission on Native Children into meaningful federal action.
The Commission spent years listening to Native youth, families, Tribal leaders, educators, and service providers across Indian Country. Its final report made clear that Native children continue to face unacceptable disparities, but also that Tribes know what works when they are empowered to lead.

@FBIDirectorKash @FBI_Response Have ANY politicians been arrested yet?
English

@FBI_Response This FBI will find everyone that has committed fraud against the American people.

And now you know why Lisa Murkowski is against Voter ID.
She is a puppet of the Deep State and answers more to Democrats than her own voters.
C3@C_3C_3
Explains everything… Feinstein had a Chinese spy on her staff for decades. This photo shows dominance. China owned Feinstein and Feinstein owned Murkowski. Murkowski is blocking the SAVE America Act which would drastically reduce Chinese election interference. Treasonous.

@eliott__mogenet @GrandNagus_ There it is! “He” Hahahaha! The reviewer is mentally ill as well.

@GrandNagus_ Yes in the film he plays a kid that has been sent to war against his will

Just watched the Odyssey in IMAX 70mm.
My 3 takeaways:
1. Indisputably the most epic and visually striking film I've ever seen. It'll certainly win Best Picture.
2. What surprised me most: it refuses to Hollywood-ize the myth the way Troy (2004) did. The Odyssey is not a story like any other : it's how Greek society saw the world 3,000 years ago: the omnipresence of the sea, the traditions, the place of the gods. Nolan's film keeps all of it.
3. Only caveat: the pacing. The story's so dense it races through some episodes to stay under 3 hours. Some parts could've been cut to let others breathe. The Laestrygonians, for instance, land as just another epic scene if you don't know they're Poseidon's sons.
The Odyssey avoids the trap Troy fell into 20 years ago, and stays epic doing it.
