Anyone else feel there's something "off" about the information being released by police and media, surrounding Ann's murder? It *feels* like they think the truth will make us kick off, and they're trying to dampen the flames. It feels like we're being managed. I can't put my finger on it, but, it just feels the same as some other tragedies we've gone through over the years - they're deliberately hiding something. Anyone else?

So nothing was stolen. She was apparently attacked around 12:30pm the day before, and she’d been on TalkTV that same morning. They’re already claiming it’s ‘not political’ but how could they possibly know that so quickly? You’re seriously telling me some random guy broke into a pensioner’s home, took nothing, and killed her just for fun with no motive at all? How ridiculous

Considering the fact the police haven’t been able to apprehend the right person in the murder of Ann Widdecombe how were they able to rule out the possibility of terrorism?

When they finally left the bus they said “we Pakistanis own this country” these supremacists in our nation is completely untenable with a free and fair society.

While not having committed a crime it is not wrong for me to want both of them deported. Common and decent people sharing a society with these lot is completely intolerable. They also spent 10 minutes cursing at me in Hindi. Deport these cretins.

Ann Widdecombe has possibly been murdered, and @SkyNews thinks it’s appropriate to have a man discussing whether she was a virgin. Why would whether a woman had ever had penetrative sex be relevant to her possible murder? He then went on to speculate, on mainstream media, that it was a robbery gone wrong rather than politically motivated. That may ultimately prove to be the case, but speculation about motive before the facts are established has no place in responsible news coverage. The first instinct when discussing a woman who may have been murdered should never be to reduce her to her sexual history. Ann Widdecombe deserved better. Every woman deserves better.

Those discussing Ann Widdecombe on the news keep referring to her "divisive views". They say little about her being one of the ONLY MPs untainted by the expenses scandal, how she helped her nephew defeat drug addiction + her concern for animal welfare & persecuted Christians.

Seeing Ann Widdecombe was on air & full of beans just yesterday and died today shows us just how fragile life can be. I disagreed on nearly everything with Ann, but I enjoyed the numerous occasions we worked together, she had a real warmth and charm. She will be missed by many.
