@cromaretail What diagnosis you are doing for a packed product. I didnt even open the box and you want to open the sealed box and diagnose it? Your delivery agent made the mistake. Ask him to come to my home and take the pdkt, send to anywhere and issue the refund. I am fed up with this.

@cromaretail @help_delhivery Really frustrated! I wanted to refuse delivery of my Croma order but your Delhivery agent told me I had to accept it & cancel via app which is false. Now it's marked delivered and I can't return it. Package unopened. Where's your customer support?!

@EurekaForbes I booked a service for my Trendy vacuum cleaner on 13 May. Got a call on 15 May and was told I’d get a callback.I also contacted customer care multiple times —they kept saying they'll look into it, but nothing happened. Just waiting and waiting. Really poor service.

@AxisBankSupport I noticed a new branch opened in Adimali, Kerala (PIN 685561), but your credit card application still says “This PIN code is not serviceable”. If the branch is operational, why is this PIN still blocked for services like credit cards? Please clarify.
