As long as Final Fantasy 14 drives players into cosmetics rather than gameplay, at the end of the day FFXIV will struggle to offer meaningful rewards to its content because the incentive isn't going to be there for players. If Glamor/Fashion is your true endgame, you don't have an endgame.
