I have never seen anything quiet like this before. At the corner of 49th & 6th in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, there's a food cart that draws crowds like a concert. They are known for their meat over rice combo with various sauces. If you listen carefully, you can hear someone say they’ve been waiting for two hours!
